WELCOME ON DANCESPORT COACH !!!
Dancesport Coach is a new concept on the methodology of training
for couples practicing ballroom dancing and Latin standard.
The main objective is to increase every physical quality
dancers through programs of physical preparation :
- Endurance , duration of the competitions on the day
- The speed , rapid sequence of one or more movements
- The resistance , ability to repeat an action repeatedly
- The Address , Agility and Dexterity to perform a perfect movement
- The flexibility , joint or muscle to streamline the movement
It allows competitors to develop their skills in the areas related to
the world of sport ( elite athletes or not) :
- Physics, Muscle and Cardio vascular
- From Coordination between the upper and lower limbs
- Central nervous system, on the sensation perceived in the dances, the felt.
Christophe Rey creates new physical training methods , allowing each dancer
to fully express themselves technically , enjoy its qualities, to create its own performance ,
without restraint of fatigue and physical impairment .
This cardio power - muscle is associated with an increase in psychological and mental qualities
in performance during competition.
Stress management is a key to success.
