Group lessons are structured according to the months of the year and deadlines.
They are set up around trainings circuits from the general to the specific physical preparation. They're with intervale training.
They operate in cycles of 4 weeks throughout the competition period.
They include exercises for the development of different physical qualities associated with dancesport.
I also use them for training and internship depending on the time and level.
They are very important in structuring the club and individuals dancers, to create a solidarity, a club identity.
